Sean has had over 30 years’ experience in both commercial and residential construction. Sean established his first commercial building company, "Furnbiz" in 2003 and has brought his diverse range of knowledge and skills, customer relations and dedication to Make Good Projects. His vision was to produce a quality residential construction company, aimed at enhancing the customer’s lifestyle and experience of the home renovation process. His passion is in the building industry, where Sean found he had a keen eye for residential renovations and honest relationships with his customers. Karen joined Make Good Projects in December 2013 taking up the position as the CFO.

Karen is a qualified accountant with over 20 year’s commercial accounting experience working across a number of industries including in Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing.

Prior to her commencement with MGP she was employed as a Senior Finance Manager by an International construction and development company managing the Financial and Commercial responsibilities of the Victorian business unit for this group. Over the nine years she performed this role, the business unit doubled in size following the delivery and completion of a number of major projects in Melbourne, Victoria.

Karen has significant project accounting experience gained under various commercial arrangements and contracts including Managing Contractor, GMP, Lump sum, Cost reimbursable, Joint Venture and Alliance style contracts.

In his current role she is responsible for the Financial and Management reporting of the Make Good Projects companies. This includes supporting Group Management with the strategic planning and forecasting functions to ensure that the Group Strategic Financial and Commercial Goals and Objectives are achieved and delivered.
